WHAT I'M WEARING TO NYFW / PART TWO

Hi everyone! I wanted to finish sharing with you my looks from NYFW. I've been back in LA for a few days now, and I realized that Cory and I were gone for 27 days the past month. NYC for 7 days, Seattle for 10 days, and then NYC for fashion week 10 days. It feels to be back on the west coast, and now preparing for the next season.

Here are my other looks from the rest of the week!

ONE

For this look, I'm wearing the Veronica Dress from Aritzia, cat eye frames from Krewe, my Saint Laurent Sac De Jour, and my Kenneth Cole sneakers that were personalized with my name! This outfit was probably one of the most comfortable and easiest to wear. The dress would be perfect to wear during the fall with tights and pumps, your favorite booties, or with knee high boots. I can't wait to wear this during the next season! (Photos by Maddie Greer)

TWO

This outfit was probably one of my top favorites from the week. Early August when we went to NYC, we went to this AMAZING flee market under the Brooklyn Bridge in Dumbo, and I got this 80's silk Fendi dress. I saw it, and knew it would immediately fit. It's silk, and has the Fendi logo printed all over the dress. I'm obsessed with this dress, and will never be getting rid of this thing. Since red is a popular color for the season, I thought it would be perfect to pair with my red pumps from Shoes Of Prey. I also paired the dress with a vintage silk scarf I thrifted in Seattle, and my Chloe bag.

THREE

I have an obsession with fur jackets. I'm trying to build up my collection, even if it's faux or real for the season. This look is by ei8ht dreams. Make sure to check out their collection! For the shoes, I'm wearing my Kenneth Cole sneakers (above are more details, and seriously they're on repeat), my favorite sunnies by Sunday Somewhere, and my Saint Laurent bag.

FOUR

I apparently love red. Like I said earlier, red hot is definitely a real thing. For this look I'm wearing this pretty red dress from H&M, my leather vans, a bag from Furla (similar), and some sunnies by Pared (Similar ones here).

NYFW was a success, and I can't wait to go back again. This was my third time attending the fantastic week, and it keeps getting better and better. Thank you to everyone who has been following my journey, and everyone who followed my week!

xx

WHAT I'M WEARING TO NYFW / PART ONE

It's New York Fashion Week again, and I can't believe it's already over half way done. I wanted to share with you some of my looks from the first couple days. Last year, I remember it was extremely hot and humid, and it was hard to dress for the season. But this year, it's perfect. The weather has been beautiful and it's been easy to wear some newer pieces for fall! Here are my first three outfits for the week.

ONE

I've been loving Aritzia's fall pieces, and needed to include some of their collection in my wardrobe. For this look, I'm wearing the Draveil Blousethe Yamashita Denim Jacket, and the Olive Skirt. For shoes, I'm wearing some silver mules I got to design with Shoes of Prey! If you want custom shoes, I highly recommend this brand. They're great quality, comfortable, and you can pretty much customize any style of shoe you want. The silver ones I'm wearing below are the Jasmin 70 mules. And then for accessories I'm wearing my Gucci bag, and some clip on aviators by Sunday Somewhere (rose gold ones here)

TWO

I've been obsessing with vintage finds and thrifting lately. I can't wait to share more pieces in another blog post this week with some of my favorite thrift finds! For this look, I'm wearing the clip on Sunday Somewhere glasses (took the sunglasses off), a silk button up I got at a vintage store in Dumbo, Joe's Jeans, and some Kenneth Cole sneakers. The sneakers have some personalization on them and I can't wait to share them in my second post! This is one of my most casual looks during fashion week, and I'm definitely going to be repeating it throughout fall.

THREE

For my third look, I'm wearing my new favorite jumpsuit by Nice Martin, the Louisa frames by Krewe, an off the shoulder top and scarf by Aritzia, white mules I designed with Shoes of Prey, my new Strathberry crossbody bag, and a beautiful bracelet by Monica Vinader. This was shot outside of the hotel I'm staying at, Langham Place. I can't wait to share more photos from my stay here soon!

I still have more looks I can't wait to share with you all from this week. NYFW is always a good time, and I've already been able to attend so many beautiful shows and presentations. Make sure t follow along on my Instagram

Colour By Numbers

Fall is right around the corner and I’m counting down the days until then. Fall is my favorite season not only for the weather and the colors, but for fashion. I love the season because you get to wear jackets, more comfortable and casual clothes. I’m excited to share that I’ve partnered with Ted Baker, and sharing some of my favorite pieces for the season from their Colour By Numbers collection!

Colour By Numbers is a capsule collection within Ted Baker. The collection is all about more of relaxed, sporty dressing compared to their main line, and they are every day staples that are versatile. I can’t even begin to tell you how much I love the entire collection. Everything fits amazingly, and quality materials. The whole collection focuses on detail, and where sport-luxe meets femininity.

For this look, I’m wearing the Bearla Printed Bomber JacketQuenbie Drawstring Slim Pants, and the gray Narva Tee. This looks is perfect for wearing all together, or matching them with other pieces in your wardrobe! It’s a perfect look for fall, and you can wear it with sneakers for a casual look or pumps for a dressier look.

I highly recommend checking out this brand at your local Ted Baker store or online. They have everything you need for the new season!

Rouge

Hi! We just got back from NYC, and now we're in Seattle for another week spending time with family. And then we go back to LA for a few days, and then NYFW starts. I can't believe it's already that time of year! This is going to be my third fashion week, and I feel like I'm still not prepared. But I'm getting all my outfits together and I can't wait to share my looks and fashion finds.

In the meantime, let's talk about how red is the color of the season. I'm SO happy that it's almost fall, and red has been a favorite for the past year. This fall I'm finally branching out with colors in my wardrobe... and let's just say I have a lot of red.

For this look, I'm wearing an oversized sleeveless sweatshirt with some fabric booties, both from Zara. I'm also wearing my mirrored frames from Dior, and my gucci bag. I'm in love with these boots because they're such a statement piece, but also timeless and versatile. Sock booties are a trend for this season and I think they're going to stick around for a while. I was hesitant on getting these boots from Zara, but now that I love them so much and I will be wearing them a lot this fall, it makes me want to splurge on the Balenciaga ones. Anyone have those boots? They're gorgeous! Make sure to shop my favorite red pieces for the season below!

AN EVENING IN CHINATOWN

I've lived in LA for almost two years, and there's a lot of things I still need to see and do. I need to go to the Broad museum, LACMA Lights, Runyon Canyon hike... and more. Chinatown was on the list to see for a while now. Now, there's not a ton to do in Chinatown, but it sure is beautiful to walk around in! Cory and I went here for the evening to get some Vietnamese food at Blossom, one of our favorite restaurants. We usually go to the one in Silver Lake, but this time we wanted to check out the location in Chinatown, and wanted to shoot an outfit while we were here.

I've been loving track pants, and these one are a new favorite. They're actually my husbands...(lol) and recently I've been stealing his clothes. I guess he just has better style than I do. These look like the Fear of God track pants, but he got them from dsrcv. The pants are now sold out, but when they restock I'm definitely getting these pants in emerald green with a white stripe. I think they were around $80. They are actually really good quality and obviously super comfortable. I paired the pants with my Zara patent leather booties, a white knotted tank, some dainty necklaces, a gold choker, the new #QUAYXKYLIE Sunglasses, and my Alexander Wang bag.
